Design requirements for purification engineering of hospital clean operating room


    1 Surgical wall

    1) The walls of the operating room and clean interior corridors are made of rust-proof, scrub-resistant, acid-alkali-resistant, fire-proof, sound-insulating and heat-preserving metal materials (imported electrolytic metal plates or color steel plates) to make antibacterial walls, and the walls are connected by arcs form.

    2) The clean exterior corridors and other auxiliary rooms use color steel plates, and the thickness of the color steel plates must be implemented in accordance with national standards

    2 Operating Department Ground

    1) All imported anti-static, antibacterial, fireproof and wear-resistant pvc coils are used.

    2) The joints of the coils are all welded by heat welding, flat and seamless, and are connected with the wall by arcs

    1) The designed ceiling height of the operating room reaches 2800mm, and the material of the operating room (except the debridement room) is the same as the wall.

    2) The ceiling height of corridors and auxiliary rooms is designed to reach 2800mm, and color steel plate ceilings are used.

    1) The entrance door of the operation department, the door of the operating room, and the door of the changing room are all designed with a light-controlled induction electric door, and the induction device and the guide rail are imported. All other departments of the operating department are designed with an electric door.

    2) All door covers are made of stainless steel.

    3) The door of the relevant auxiliary room adopts manual door.

    4) Anti-collision handrails are installed in the corridor.

    5 Basic configuration of surgery:

    1) The basic equipment of each clean operating room should meet the requirements of the expression.

    2) The operating room must have a multi-function control system, which is imported.

    The multi-function control system must centrally control each system in the operating room, and the switch key should be a flat touch type. Must have the following capabilities:

    c. Temperature, Humidity and Adjustment Control of Purifying Air Conditioning System

    D. Air handling system switch and operating status display

    E. lighting system switch

    F. Operating room shadowless light switch and light adjustment

    g. High efficiency filter discharge system switch and fault alarm

    h. fire alarm

    i. Various medical gas alarms

    J. Communication system: Hands-free call intercom between operating room and nurse station or other operating room

    3) The embedded medical gas source panel should be set at the lower part of the wall of the operating bed next to the anesthesia machine, at a height of 1m-1`2m from the ground.

    4) The embedded film viewing lamp is selected according to Table 1 and should be installed on the wall opposite the operator.

    5) Medicine cabinet. Instrument cabinets. Anesthesia cabinets should be built into the wall in a convenient location.
